酒中除含大量的乙醇和水外,還含有醇、酯、酸、羰基化合物、縮醛和酚類,其中以醇和酯含量為主。酒中甲醇、雜醇油也為衛(wèi)生監(jiān)測的重要指標(biāo)。目前氣相色譜作酒的分析文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道已很多,有DNP柱,PEG柱,GDX-102柱,有機(jī)擔(dān)體402柱,有機(jī)擔(dān)體403柱等。
