硫磺在我國的使用有著悠久的歷史，早在一千多年前我們的祖先就發(fā)明火藥。由于硫磺廣泛應(yīng)用于生成生活，包括硫磺礦、火山口、油井、磚窯、硫磺皂或膏、中藥材和火柴頭，化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑，易燃并且產(chǎn)生大量氣體的特點(diǎn)。
浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立了氣相色譜法測(cè)定黑火藥中的硫磺,對(duì)萃取溶劑、進(jìn)樣口溫度和升溫程序進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。分析條件為:以為萃取溶劑,進(jìn)樣口溫度240℃,柱溫程序:40℃保持1 min,以10℃/min升至80℃,保持2 min,再以10℃/min升至240℃,保持5 min。硫磺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液在5～50μg/mL范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,檢出限為0.65μg/mL,加標(biāo)回收率為92.4%～102.7%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.4%,實(shí)現(xiàn)了黑火藥爆炸殘留物中硫磺的檢測(cè)。采用氣相色譜法對(duì)黑火藥中的硫磺進(jìn)行了定量分析,區(qū)分了不同的黑火藥樣品。
