浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發(fā)有限公司,建立了大氣和海水中揮發(fā)性硫化物的氣相色譜分析方法,確定了最佳實驗條件。為了適應不同的基質和保存方式,大氣和海水樣品采用了不同的分析方法。測定大氣樣品時,采用大氣采樣罐及三級冷阱預濃縮氣相色譜-質譜聯(lián)用技術,而海水樣品采用吹掃捕集-氣相色譜測定。本方法測定大氣揮發(fā)性硫化物的線性范圍較好,精密度為7.7%~15.1%,檢出限為0.23~4.7 ng;海水中揮發(fā)性硫化物的精密度為3.5%~5.3%,檢出限為2.5~3.5 ng。將本方法用于近海海水和大氣中硫化物的測定,測得海水中羰基硫、二甲基硫和二硫化碳的平均濃度分別為(268±58)pmol/L、(1264±0.2)pmol/L、(19±2)pmol/L,大氣中的平均濃度為543±39、39±9和56±20(×10~(-12),V/V)。本方法可準確測定海洋環(huán)境中的揮發(fā)性硫化物。

本方法適用于惡臭污染源排氣和環(huán)境空氣中硫化氫、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的同時測定。氣相色譜儀的火焰光度檢測器(GC-FPD)對四種成分的檢出限為0.2×10~1.0×10g,當氣體樣品中四種成分濃度高于1.0mg/m時,可取1~2mL氣體樣品直接注入氣相色譜儀分析。對1L氣體樣品進行濃縮,四種成分的方法檢出限分別為0.2×10~1.0×10mg/m。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatography analysis method for volatile sulfides in the atmosphere and seawater, and determined the optimal experimental conditions. In order to adapt to different matrices and storage methods, different analytical methods were used for atmospheric and seawater samples. When measuring atmospheric samples, the atmospheric sampling tank and three-stage cold trap pre concentration gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology are used, while the seawater samples are measured by blow trap gas chromatography. This method has a good linear range for the determination of atmospheric volatile sulfides, with a precision of 7.7%~15.1% and a detection limit of 0.23~4.7 ng; The precision of volatile sulfides in seawater is 3.5%~5.3%, and the detection limit is 2.5~3.5 ng. This method was applied to the determination of sulfides in nearshore seawater and atmosphere.
