浩瀚色譜建立石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量測定方法。方法采用氣相色譜（GC）法測定石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量,使用氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測,檢測溫度250℃,進樣口溫度200℃,以高純度氮氣為載氣。結果桉油精的回歸方程為Y=1 364.478X-5 910.56,r=0.999 2（n=6）,表明桉油精在9.05~180.98μg/m L范圍內呈良好的線性關系;平均加樣回收率為99.69%,RSD為1.43%。結論該法簡便、準確、專屬性強、重復性好,經(jīng)方法學驗證,本法可用于石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量測定。?
