錳化合物作為錳源,以分子篩作載體,添加黏結劑和擴孔劑,用混合法制備了Mn/分子篩脫氧劑,在進口氧體積分數(shù)小于600×10-6、原料氣空速1 000 h-1、脫氧溫度(200~250)℃和活化溫度250℃條件下,脫氧后氣體中的殘氧體積分數(shù)小于0.2×10-6,脫氧容量大于25 mL·g-1。該脫氧劑性能優(yōu)異,強度高,適用于較高氧含量的氣體脫氧,能滿足工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)要求。
