浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司，提出了用HH-790CH4-GC便攜式甲烷轉(zhuǎn)化爐-反應(yīng)－氣相色譜法測定微量ＣＯ和ＣＯ２氣體的方法．試驗(yàn)了載氣流速、反應(yīng)溫度和催化劑的裝置位置等與ＣＯ和ＣＯ２轉(zhuǎn)化為ＣＨ４的關(guān)系．得出了最佳條件：載氣流速４０～６０ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ；反應(yīng)溫度：分離溫度６０℃．以標(biāo)氣為參照，測定了氣體中微量一氧化碳，二氧化碳，獲得了滿意的結(jié)果．方法的相對偏差在±５％以下，此法也適用于金屬中微量碳的測定．

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposed a method for determining trace amounts of CO and CO2 gas using HH-790CH4-GC portable methane conversion furnace reaction gas chromatography. The relationship between carrier gas flow rate, reaction temperature, and catalyst device position and the conversion of CO and CO2 to CH4 was tested. The optimal conditions were obtained: carrier gas flow rate of 40-60mL/min; Reaction temperature: Separation temperature of 60 ℃. Using standard gas as a reference, trace amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the gas were determined, and satisfactory results were obtained. The relative deviation of the method is below ± 5%, and this method is also applicable to the determination of trace carbon in metals
