Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a method for simultaneous determination of total hydrocarbons and non methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air using gas chromatography with a dual column dual hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). The total hydrocarbon and methane content in the samples collected at the sampling point were determined, and the calculated mass concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons was less than 1.0mg · m-3. Using these two samples as matrices for spiked recovery experiments, the recovery rates of total hydrocarbons and methane were 103% to 106% and 108% to 110%, respectively; The relative standard deviations (n=5) of the measured values are 1.18% to 1.79% and 1.99% to 2.05%, respectively. ?
