B.2.1 原理
用活性炭管采集空氣中丙酮，用二硫化碳解吸，經(jīng) PorapakQ 柱分離后，用氫焰離子化檢
測器檢測，以保留時(shí)間定性，峰高定量。
B.2.2 儀器
（1） 活性炭管：用長 7cm，內(nèi)徑 4mm，外徑 6mm 玻璃管，內(nèi)裝兩段 20～40 目椰子殼
活性炭，中間用玻璃棉或氨基甲酸乙酯泡沫塑料墊隔開，玻璃管二端用火熔封，可供長期保
存應(yīng)用。如短時(shí)間內(nèi)應(yīng)用，可套上塑料帽保存。在裝管前應(yīng)先將活性炭于 300～350℃通氮?dú)?/p>
處理 3～4h，管中前段裝 100mg，后段裝 50mg 活性炭。后段活性炭外邊用玻璃棉或氨基甲
酸乙酯泡沫塑料固定。前段活性炭外邊則用玻璃棉固定。
（2） 采樣泵，0～1L/min。
（3） 微量注射器，100?l，10?l，1?l。
（4） 具塞試管，5ml。
（5） 氣相色譜儀，氫焰離子化檢測器。55ng 丙酮給出的信噪比不低于 3∶1。

B. 2.1 Principle
